The Sharks head coach was magnanimous after his sides second round URC win over Leinster, acknowledging home advantage and his players buying in to a culture where the players can be themselves.

Ten points from their opening two games in the URC, including five of those from their win over Leinster, it's been a fine start for JP Pietersen and his Sharks side. His reaction in the aftermath of Saturday's 26 - 20 win over Leo Cullen's side was thoughtful and respectful towards Leinster. But as you would expect from a coach as intelligent and insightful as Pietersen, he offered some depth in his post-match press conference.

Pietersen said that it was special to win against the champions but that he was still processing the win. He was asked from the floor about the change of attitude and hunger from his side and what was behind it.
